In the established suburb of Keilor, our clients embarked on their dream home journey through a knockdown rebuild, excited to create a space perfectly tailored to their lifestyle. However, their plans took an unexpected turn when their previous builder went bust at the slab stage, leaving them in limbo with an unfinished project and an uncertain future. Faced with stress and disappointment, they needed a builder they could trust to bring their vision to life. That’s when Ellari Homes stepped in to turn things around.

Taking over from the slab stage presented unique challenges, particularly in a developed area where existing infrastructure, including overhead powerlines, required careful planning and execution. Our team approached the project with precision and expertise, ensuring all works complied with safety regulations while maintaining efficiency.

The result? A stunning split-level home, thoughtfully designed with high-end upgrades and bespoke finishes that truly reflected the clients’ vision. From the layout to the finer details, every element was crafted to deliver both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Led by our Construction Manager, Tas, we worked closely with our clients throughout the build, fostering open communication and collaboration at every stage.
